The registration process for our program

Thank you for contacting us and for your interest in our My Little Planet Learning and Early Education Academy program.

Adission and registration:*Transition to the program

Enrollment Requirements

Your child must be at least 5 months old to qualify for our infant program. To support a smooth transition, we require that families participate in two pre-enrollment visits:

  • Initial Visit (Parent Only): This visit allows parents or guardians to tour the facility, ask questions about our program, and discuss pricing and fees. If you choose to proceed, we will provide the necessary enrollment forms.

  • Second Visit (With Child): This visit allows your child to explore the environment and interact with staff. To prevent overstimulation, visits are limited to one hour.

Before your child can begin attending, all enrollment documents must be completed, and payment arrangements must be made at least 24 hours before the desired start date. (A two-week deposit is due at enrollment time: payments are made weekly.)

Preschool Readiness: Children entering our preschool program should be toilet-trained. However, we understand that some children may need additional time, and we’re here to support them through that process.

Enrollment Documents

All required enrollment forms must be completed and submitted before your child can begin attending our childcare program.

  • Enrollment application completed

  • Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) status is Complete (Proof of current immunizations)

  • Signed Parent Handbook Acknowledgment Form

  • Food Program Forms

  • Two-week deposit or DCYF authorization for payment.

Enrollment Fees

A non-refundable registration fee of $95 is required at the time of enrollment to secure your child’s spot in our program. There is a $50 annual fee that helps cover curriculum and classroom materials. These fees are separate from weekly tuition and are required to maintain enrollment.

Waiting List Information

Your child can be placed on our waiting list if our program is complete. Placement is based on the date the completed application is received, with priority given to currently enrolled families and their siblings. As openings become available, we will contact families in the order on the list. There is no fee to be added to the waiting list.

Sibling Enrollment Program

We are happy to offer a special 10% sibling discount to families enrolling more than one child in our program. This discount applies to the lowest tuition rate and is our way of supporting families with multiple children in care. Two months' advance notice is required for a sibling’s placement in our program. Siblings are given priority in the facility but are not guaranteed a spot.

Updating Forms for Your Child’s File

My Little Planet and Childcare Center LLC. All parents/guardians of enrolled students must keep their child’s forms updated with their current medical and emergency forms. It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure all facility forms are current. The administration has the right not to allow the student into the facility if any forms are missing from their file after two notices from the administration.

Inclusion

At My Little Planet, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all children feel valued, respected, and supported. We welcome children of all abilities, backgrounds, and cultures, and we strive to meet each child’s unique needs through individualized care and thoughtful programming. Our goal is to foster a sense of belonging, encourage empathy, and promote positive relationships among all children and families in our care.
